“In a country with 11 different official languages (soon to be 12, once sign language is officially accepted!), Heritage Day is celebrated differently depending upon culture and region. This year, the team at Sling Cycles celebrated Heritage Day 2021 by doing what they do best – living the Sling lifestyle of adventure and freedom. Their mission was to break free of COVID restrictions, fly around the country anti-clockwise, take their Sling Cycles Tagati bicycles and ride each of the nine South African provinces. The mission began at 05h45 on Friday morning, 24 September, and ended at Tedderfield Airpark on Sunday evening, 26 September.”
