Slingers, join us for the Winter Fast One MTB Race this Sunday, 24 July! Awesome, fast-flowing routes around the south of Alberton, there is something for everyone at all levels of mountain biking from a fast, flat and easy 10 km to the 900 m elevation 80 km route.
The best part is, Andrew Pitman, the CEO of our parent company Sling Aircraft, will be celebrating his birthday on this same day and will be reveling in turning another year younger with a group of our Sling Aircraft and Sling Cycles staff members and teammates. Join us there, cheer us on, come chat to the team, ride a Tagati and wish Andrew a happy birthday!
Route options available:
– 10 km route – flat, fast and easy.
– 40 km route – fast and fun with just over 150 m elevation.
– 60 km route – fast and not too technical with about 500 m elevation.
– 80 km route – more challenging with about 900 m elevation.
80 km and 60 km routes to go through Eye of Africa with some awesome purpose-made single tracks.
